Do you build garages on their own, or only with a new home?
Both. We build standalone detached garages, shops and RV garages for existing homes, as well as garages as part of a new custom home.
Do you handle permits and engineering?
Yes. We coordinate plan design, structural engineering and permitting, so you have one team managing the whole project.
Can my garage include a bonus room or ADU?
Often, yes, depending on your lot and local zoning. We review what is allowed on your property during the site meeting.
How much does a custom garage cost?
Our custom garages and shops start at around $400,000. Final cost depends on size, finishes and site conditions. Share your target range and we will help shape a plan to fit it.
